This is honestly the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They are more concerned with getting dancing baseball players for an appearance than hiring workers. I waited over 30 mins in the drive thru for a mobile order and didn’t get my iced coffee . You can’t even go inside and you are stuck in the drive thru. Luckily the people after me in the drive thru decided to leave so I could as well. The employee stated she is a new employee and is by herself working. Terrible customer service. Didn't confirm who I was picking up for, gave a very rude and short answer to me before slamming the window shut in my face.
The guy the window I ain’t got no on his face. He don’t act so enthused. I got a karma craze and ain’t hardly no caramel in. It don’t even have a taste and they think I’m gonna settle for this and take my money for it now and the service at this one in Malden always sucks. They got the worst service ever
