Terrible experience overall. I went through the drive-thru and the woman taking my order seemed to be half listening— I repeated my order several times and still got the wrong coffee twice. I get Dunkin’ two or three times each week, and I have never been this disappointed by any other store. The coffee that I did receive, despite one being wrong, also tasted terrible and completely watered down. My wake-up wrap also came out of the sleeve without an egg.
