Don't come to this stop especially during morning as old lady with tons of attitude works here and she is ready to destroy your beautiful morning!!! I reminded multiple times that she should not show her anger and attitude to customers and that is not nice ... and in return she told me with hand gesture that I talk to much If I am store owner I would immediately ask her to change her attitude or her work place
If my first thought is "I could walk behind the counter, grab the correct donut I asked for, and figure out the POS system myself faster than they can take my order and give it to me" then that should be seen as a big problem. They seem to be either severely understaffed for the average morning rush or severely disinterested in actually providing service in a timely fashion. Feels like it shouldn't be this difficult to get a donut on my way to work.
