Slow drive thru service. It's like they wait until you get to the window before they start making your order
The only reason I go to this Dunkin’ is cause it is close to my job. But the amount of times I have gone there has always been an issue. Staff needs corrective training for sure as I have seen many comments agree. I will normally get a bagel and cream cheese. Which if you ask for anything aside from plain cream cheese they will give you plain cream cheese. Or ask for 2 you will only get one.
