Love going to this location. Norma and her team are always happy to help me with my coffee almost 3 times a week. Everyone is quick and efficient

The lady that she works in morning she is so unprofessional
When I visit here I usually am helped by 2-3 young people. Today on memorial Day I was served by a rude nasty older lady. I am thinking possibly the manager. She started my order didn't pay attention and walked away. When she returned she went through 3-4 different items which were all wrong. Afterwards she proceeded to talk crap in spanish not knowing I understood what she was saying. She doesn't need to be in management or customer service. Maybe the cleaning lady where she doesn't deal with customers.
Third or 4th time tasting like milk.
