The only reason I go to this Dunkin’ is cause it is close to my job. But the amount of times I have gone there has always been an issue. Staff needs corrective training for sure as I have seen many comments agree. I will normally get a bagel and cream cheese. Which if you ask for anything aside from plain cream cheese they will give you plain cream cheese. Or ask for 2 you will only get one. Stopped in to get a coffee. Server walked away after she looked right at me. Stood there waiting for a while finally asked the gas station side for assistance, couldn’t understand him. Found the Dunkin’ lady in her office asked for help, again couldn’t understand her. Asked for a nitro cold brew iced coffee. She poured just a nitro and handed me the cup. Will not be stopping here again.
Very disappointing experience. The lady in the picture was rude with terrible customer service and gives Dunkin’ a bad name. By the way the Donut was OLD
