I sometimes had to go to this establishment. I want to say that the employees do not cope with their work. They run between the hall and the drive-thru. People in the hall wait for a long time. When you come in, they do not greet you warmly and are ready to take your order, you have to ask them to come to you. I asked for my order, they asked me to start, they said give me a minute. Donut place that ran out of donuts at 1 on a Saturday? Embarrassing. The service is slow and they make their drinks worse than other locations
Inside they don't acknowledge you unless you make yourself as seen as possible. Slow. Drive thru, they barely talk over speaker, don't tell you total. Service takes forever, about 2-3 mins before they even grab your card sometimes. I've waited 10 for a coffee for no apparent reason. They can't even place cheese on a sandwich proper. Overall they should fire all of the staff and start over.
Worse service ever !!! Don’t understand English at all ! Impossible to order a simple coffee !!!
