Good food
Hailey is absolutely amazing in every aspect. She is extremely professional and goes out of her way to provide impeccable customer service: I will go out of my way just to come to this Dunkin because of her!!! I definitely recommend this Dunkin location.
We love some dunkin' donuts. However the service is mediocre.
Despite verbally correcting that I had ordered a caramel drink, I was still given a mocha drink. Both people at the window acknowledged me as well (after I repeated myself a couple times) but while one turned away (to make the correct drink?) the other just handed me the mocha one. I didn't want to hold up the line so I took it, thanked them and left. 🫠
