I swear I hate this Dunkin so much. Today really is my last straw with this dirty, rude, and incompetent establishment. People spend their hard earned money for them to be okay with giving you anything. And will beat you mad when you ask them to correct the mistakes they make. Today was my last day giving them my money.
Normally they treat me good, but today they didn't take care of me at all(they served black customers that came in before/after me)for half an hour. I don't understand why, I'm always a polite & uncomplaining customer. All I usually get is a medium hot coffee/donuts. Is it something about me being white? I guess I have to go to the DD on Atlantic now, although it is farther away.
Attitude defines a business, and unfortunately, my recent experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts proved that point. I only stopped in because it was within walking distance, but it will definitely be my last visit. I asked for a cup of hot water and noticed I was being charged. When I inquired, the manager confirmed there is a fee for the cup. I ordered iced matcha latte with oat milk, I was waiting for 20 minutes, for what? they gave me a matcha with regular milk and it tasted awful.
