I asked three straight times to have light ice in my coffee in the Drive-Thru and she puts the ice all the way to the top takes two steps to the coffee and it's already gone for $5 I need a little bit more coffee than ice
I know Dunkin’ is a huge corporation and my little review probably won’t hurt their feelings 😂 but WOW—the customer service is just as bad as the coffee. I stopped coming, gave them another chance thinking maybe I was being dramatic… nope. 😭 Thanks for reminding me why I left. ☕✌
They must need help because they take forever. Its noon
