This is the worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to. 1st off it took an hour to get our food which wasn't much. Second the workers there are rude especially the loud mouth skinny black guy. You can literally hear them cursing behind the counter talking trash about customers. I'm also going to file a complaint with corporate. This is unacceptable.
Everything there is okay they keep it a bit nice there’s flys that are all over the donuts and the staff give attitude and these reviews with 1s aren’t lying that Dunkin sucks they need better management just horrible!

Bad Service with a Attitude. Came in to order 7/17/26 @ 10:30am. There was a lady at the counter in front of me. I heard her tell the cashier she needed to run to her car. Lady goes out to her car, but no "I'll be right with you" or anything from the cashier. So I step up and ask if I can order, since the cashier had zero interest in acknowledging me or even looking me.. The cashier just reiterated that the lady ran out to her car and she'll be back.
