This is my go to Dunks... everyone that works there especially the ladies are amazing and super friendly
V day decorations were the best part of the experience. I feel bad for the staff that works there. You can tell the atmosphere was heavy because everyone was tip toeing around the manager there. Watching ome of the guys scratch his head over and over and handle everyone's drink was disgusting. It is understandable there will be a wait when it is packed full of people. I’ve never had Dunkin do this bad on my order My butter pecan iced latte that i get every time was nasty and they didn’t even ask what kind of milk I wanted in it. My hash browns were completely smushed and the bacon in my wake up wrap was burnt and in crumbles. The cherry on top is that I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes for unsatisfactory food. I’ve had much better quality at other Dunkin locations and this one really disappointed me.
