Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese Everything bagel with extra bacon. because they were out of croissants. Ordered another sausage, egg and cheese on sourdough. They were out of plain and sesame seed bagels. When we got the order, the order was completely wrong. Both sandwiches were sourdough. Management needs to improve. Too slow. 2pm on a Sunday and I sat in drive through for 22 minutes without getting chance to place order. I drove off.. unacceptable.
Thank you Brody and to the other beautiful lady that made my day. A small act of kindness in your eyes, but a huge sentiment to me. Having a rough day and couldn't decide on a drink lol. You guys came through for me and now I have a favorite drink that I will always order.
Whats wrong with the bagel minis? They are nasty now!!!! Why would you change something that was broken??
