They were short staffed and very busy. Everyone was friendly and handled it well. They work very hard there and 100% should be able to accept tips.
Horrible service. My coffee is absolutely disgusting. Watered down old coffee at best is what it is. I paid for cold foam it wasn’t put on the drink I asked for it and they literally argued that they’re not supposed to put it on then sprayed it on top of the lid instead of on the coffee. If you hate your job so much find somewhere else to work.
Our drinks were made perfectly and the staff is very friendly!
I ordered munchkins, a donut, coffee and 3 bagels with cream cheese. They had almost no cream cheese at all. I get to my destination and now that's what I have to give my people.
