It was ok. Dunkin food is usually pretty mid. Atmosphere was very quiet and sunken. The customer service was really nice tho, the girl who gave me my food was really sweet and hood at communication
What a Shameful experience! Not a single customer to be seen! But waited in the drive thru for someone to take my order! A FULL 4 min, so decided to park and go in! I can honestly say I thought they were closed! The Front area of the store is DISGUSTING and as I walked in the Inside was equally DISGUSTING! I did not see anyone, walked up to order a coffee and finally someone with a Pulse! Felt like I was an inconvenience! I Frequent Duncan EVERY SINGLE DAY and this location was my Worst experience to date! SHAMEFUL
This location is a disgrace. I ordered a latte with light ice and they gave me a cup literally half full. Is inflation really that bad that a $7 drink is served half full just because I want less ice? Give me a break. When I asked about it, I was given attitude and told, "that's what my manager wants." Well, management is wrong and being super cheap. Costs are high enough for customers. I rarely ever write bad reviews, but this one is definitely deserving.
