They never have ketchup & their refreshers taste like water.
Service was slow and the dining room was dirty. We sat down had to ask for a rag to clean the table When we got up I literally stuck to the seat! Will not be returning. As a previous employee of the franchise this is really disappointing. Our store was always immaculate.
I went here to grab a bucket of 50 munchkins on Halloween at 2:15pm. The younger female cashier was miserable and had absolutely no customer service retail skills!!! Very moody and rude!! She acted like she could care less about anything!! Makes me never want to go to this Dunkin’s again :(
