Terrible service and the worst hot chocolate; in my opinion, it would be better if this establishment closed down rather than continuing to sell bad products to people.
They're all rude, ignorant and miserable. Every time I come here, they mumble at the box, they aren't happy at all, and when you ask for anything at all, they act like it's the biggest mission ever. I get that the new generation is above hard work but this is ridiculous. Im gonna start going out of my way to avoid this dunkins and I advise everyone else to do the same.
