Flies around the donuts, no one uses gloves when handling food. Old coffee all over the place. Has bugs in the back behind counter. The manager is rude she swears while behind counter and smells of cigarettes. They need to shut this Dunkin down and fire that manager. Everyone in there is unprofessional and just all together a terrible franchise
I been going to this Dunkin for 3 years and I it was always great customer service, BUT TODAY me and my friends were totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the services just morning. I guess they don’t believe in good customer service anymore. My meal was not hot as usual. And to top it off they didn’t have any straws or napkins.
