I won't be returning to this location ever again. I'm not going to get into much detail about what happened just want to point out that anyone working in the customer service industry must realize they are customers themselves at one point or another.. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't want anyone to treat them poorly...or serve them terrible burnt food...the people who work at this shop/store..should consider that each time they walk through that door to work...and service their customers
Absolutely rude!! Yesterday no hot coffee at 630 am today no cold brew ready!!! Guess they’re not in it to please
Ordered a Mango Pineapple Refreshee via doordash and they gave me blueberry, tried calling rhe store and the number doesnt even work. This is terrible service.
The butter croissant is absolutely next to rubbish compare to the ones I get at Watertown, newton and Brighton
