It is a regular occurrence that I place my order ahead of time to avoid waiting when I get there, and yet, once I'm there, I still have to wait for them to pick my donuts or finish my sandwich and sometimes I have to wait for the entire order altogether (for reference, I live 15 minutes away from this dunkins as it is the closets one to me)!!! Expectations for fast food chains are low, but damn does this one franchise manage to under deliver every time.
Raw bagel literally zero crunch…. Come on yall know how to make a bagel!! Sad.
