Horrible service... I've been coming to this bjs for a long time and this one older white lady is always there at dunkin with a bad attitude and horrible customer service. She's racist, she saw we was all Latino and gave us the worries attitude... We left with disappointed and no coffee
The person working there decided it was more important to hold up a finger for me to wait while he finished his personal call on his cellphone . Great service 👏 👍
Bad experience I will never recommend this place to not one, I went there 2 days ago make an order I ask for the 6 Donald box ,with bad actitud he answered not box,I get really surprised because that not usually, I grabbed the bag and he say next time don't touch the bag,I ask for ice coffee with sugar and caramel and he give me what he wants, I puth everything in the trash ,that guy was very stupid ,the manager should training these animal before give a job.
Staff at this location are super bad! The other time I got a lady that were so slow, asked me about 3 times how I want my coffee, asked for "hot" coffee, and was so "cold" an bad! She basically threw the coffee to me with a bad manner. Last time, I asked for a Coffee Coolatta to a men and he said he cleaned the machine already so, couldn't give me the coffee. Insane! Now, when at went at bjs I don't even go close to dunkin so, I don't get tempted to buy something, with this people who want to buy.
