So the guy who just took my call was the most non-customer service person I’ve encountered in a while. I called asking them to please make sure the Uber Eats bags are packed with the correct names. He said “We can’t control what the drivers pickup” to which I said, “The drivers are not packing what was inside the bag! I got Chantel order & no drink!” To which he hung up on me. The customer service was horrible literally had to wait 10mins mins to place my order inside to avoid the long line outside and had to wait another 14mins to receive it in pieces sandwich here drinks 10mins later. Flys flying over mobile orders it was just a lot to bear. The staff was clearly unhappy to help the line inside. Gotta teach your employees that “AMERICANS RUN ON DUNKIN” so they need to be ready with pleasantries instead of whatever that was, it definitely wasn’t customer service done right.
