POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE DUNKIN ON BRIGGS CHANEY RD!!!! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! I MADE 2 ORDERS OF XL HOT CHOCOLATE AND RECEIVED COFFEE ON BOTH ORDERS AND IT CLEARLY SAID HOT CHOCOLATE ON THE RECIEPT TAPED TO THE BAG AND I DONT EVEN DRINK COFFEE SO THAT WAS A WASTE

The most rude employees and the manager tall woman is a narcissist no wonder the employees have no customer service skills. Dunkin’ Donuts need to replace the manager and retrain the staff. And most importantly send secret shoppers there. I had the most awful experience. I went through the drive-through. It was nobody in drive-through and five times I gave my order.
