I stopped by to get a pumpkin spice latte due to the season. I ordered a donut as well, Andrew was very kind throughout the transaction. I mistakenly ordered the iced signature and Andrew was able to make my latte. I left happy and eager to share how wonderful his service was to me.
This store is the worst dunkin ever. I come here just because it is the only dunkin place nearby. Today, there's a spicy signature pumpkin latte giveaway from 2pm -6pm. I came at 2:15 pm and the latino woman told me that I have to buy something in order to get the latte giveaway. This is not the way you treat your customers. A giveaway is always for customers appreciation. This is not a good customer service.
I ordered online showed up they claimed it didn’t show on their end Gloria repeatedly claimed it did not go through however I had 3 confirmation messages that the money was pulled from them & the purchase reflected in my account this is my 2nd time here I will never go back my brothers gf dealt with this same issue at this location
