This place is the worst. Any time we get delivery orders they are wrong. I ordered an ORANGE JUICE with a breakfast sandwich, they sent an apple juice and a sandwich WITH NO MEAT in it. Whenever we go into this place its messy, and the service is generally incompetend, slow AND unfriendly. What a great combination. DOn't go here, don't order food from here. THere's a Dunkin donuts down rt. 29 at Burtonsville Crossing, it's great. This place should be closed down.
The music was so loud that we could barely communicate, even to place our order. I’m pregnant and have a dairy allergy, which I explained to the server, but because of the noise my order was made incorrectly. This is a restaurant, not a nightclub—the music volume was excessive and made the experience frustrating.
It was cool. Nothing special. Dunkin is in unfortunately getting to a lackluster stage. There isn't anything new or exciting. Everything is just so blah. There weren't electrical sockets to charge up my laptop or phone.
On Sat. May 23rd 2026, at 12:35 pm according to my credit card, I went to this Dunkin' Donuts: 13804 Outlet Dr, Silver Spring, MD 20904. I spent $30.10, on a dozen Donuts, large ice coffee drink, and between $5 to $7 on a tip. The servant divided the dozen donuts into two packs of 6 donuts. Because of the rain, a large drink, and two boxes of donuts I asked for a carry bag for the donuts, thar servant said no, you have to pay. The staffs are so slow. There’s only one or two people inside we waited for a long time in front of the taking order area for takeout just for them to hear our order. Let alone the time they need to prepare our one order. A lot of times when we dine in, donuts are out of order.
