Was awake early and Google said DD was open at 5am. Arrived at the drive thru at about 5:15, waited 3-4 minutes, but no one came. When I drove past the windows, there were two employees that I could see. One woman watched me drive past and the other was on her phone at the counter. I parked and tried the door (hours said opens at 4am that day) but it was locked?? And no one came to help. Avoid this location since other reviewers are telling the same story. No deliciousness acquired. Only sadness.
The turkey sausage egg & cheese on English muffin was good.
Very poor customer service full of arrogance. Waited to place my order via drive through and nobody was there to avoid holding the traffic i moved after saying hello several times for them to be angry and told me :next time just wait we're busy or you move out of the line " I ordered parked and waited
Their oven is broken & it’s been broken for like a week?? all you guys are serving is drinks ..?
