I love this Dunkin. I stopped here most mornings on my way to work and the ladies and guys working are always, always so nice and professional and they always get my drink right. I’ve tried the other Dunkin’s numerous times in Wausau and Weston and they always seem to have an issue with getting my simple drink order correct, so I will drive out of my way now to make sure I go to the Dunkin that has the best employees ever In rib mountain! 10 / 10 - sunshine
I got a blended coffee, and order it at the box dairy free with oat milk and no whip and I stated I have a dairy allergy. When I got to the window they tried to give it to me with whip cream, when I stated I can't have the whip and that they would need to remake it and I stated again that I have a dairy allergy they got visibly annoyed and took the drink back. They then just scooped the whip cream off the top and tried to give it back to me. when I stated that, that doesn't work for me because again I have an allergy they go... read more
This is my favorite DD, I stop every time I'm in town.
It has been 3 weeks since this place has refused to refund my money for an order I never received. 30$ btw. Can't communicate, take responsibility for being flat out disrespectful but expect to continue receiving your business. -5 stars
