Im here to express my disgust and anger on how my friend over at crumbl was treated. That is and was uncalled for. Absolutely unnecessary and beyond rude. Never in all my years of working in the food industry have I ever heard of kicking out a customer because of comin in with their work uniform. I frequent dunkin, but I almost always try to go to the Weston location due to almost always having issues at this location. Today I went here out of convenience, and was again disappointed. I got a large iced matcha latte for my Fiance. And when I put it in the cup holder, I tried to put the straw in....but there was so much ice that I couldnt get the straw anywhere past the straw hole. I had sent staff over from our work establishment to get us Dunkin to help us get through our shift and she was told that we aren’t allowed to go in the store while wearing our uniforms because it’s “stealing their business” because it promotes our workplace. Needless to say they lost our business for good because why can’t we wear a hat from our work place while grabbing coffee? Why is it up to them what we wear into their establishment. Ridiculous
