My friend and I stopped in and spent over $20 on food and drinks, and the experience was really disappointing. To start, the staff wasn’t very friendly. Had some Dunkin points to redeem an was in town for several days. Drive Through service and walk in service. Used to the Dunkin app to place an order for coffee and cream. Made the request while shopping in the area. Arrived and parked. Walked in and the order was not ready. Had to flag down an employee and they said I don't know. Coffee is yummy
Went in to pick up my order of food. Missing an item so tell them about it. The hashbrowns were freezing cold. Turns out we also didn’t get our second order of hashbrowns. It also took sooo long to get this all done.
