You guys have got to start measuring your espresso right for lattes. Drinking flavored milk is disgusting. Not only that you don’t mix the espresso in with the latte 🤦♀️🤦♀️ mix BEFORE you pour the espresso in guys. Come on! You have people paying damn near 6 dollars for these drinks. Make them right!

Dunkin Donuts allows employees with handicaps to be bullied, harassed, and attacked by other employees and yet, treat the one that was abused, as the perpetrator. They also do NOT look into background checks for felonies, etc., and they do NOT check managerial background for prior firings, etc., due to erratic behavior, etc. Dunkin Donuts treats handicapable/disabled employees like dirt, as well as do NOT follow State OR Federal Laws. They are NOT allowed to reduce hours, harass OR Demote a employee yet, are doing just that.... read more
The morning manager was so rude. Waiting for an in store pickup for an iced coffee shouldn’t take 25 minutes. When questioned about the order the manager was very fast to snap that she is short staffed. Kinda funny how I watched a girl come in and ask for an application and she was told “someone called off I’m too busy”.
