Cancelled a placed mobile order. Wouldn't fill even after showing the confirmation
Black male works here and he took payment from me but prepared wrong coffee. I mentioned it but he said rudely it’s done already so refused to make my latte, started argumentative and verbally abusive I left with coffee with not even sugar or cream. He shouldn’t be working for service industry. I’ll Never support this Dunkin’
I'm sorry, but been coming to this one for about 4 days. Today different person working, and a customer had too say is anyone here! Turn's out she was on phone and talking during taking orders! One person, taking and making orders should be looking out, in case of someone wanting too order something!
