This its the best dunkin I been to.. manager treat they employees with alot of professionalism..
Slowest service for any Dunkin in palm beach county. I try to avoid this Dunkin because of slow service and I come back ever so often and still the same
It's Dunkin. I go frequently and this is a covinent location. I now avoid it and go out of my way to other locations just to avoid it. I gave it once last chance today and they messed up as always. MULTIPLE times have I gone and they are out of stuff IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. Out of most donuts etc. When I order something in the app and it turns out they are out of it like a drink for example, they REFUSE to refund you or even compensate you properly with something of equal or more value to what you original got. The person who took our order was very rude and unfriendly. He had an attitude about everything … my coffee didn’t taste right (watered down coffee and no hazelnut flavor) and he showed me an attitude when I asked him if the flavored shots were put in. He was even talking rudely to his coworkers. Very unprofessional. Feel bad for the other employees working with him.
