This Dunkin has staff that is always friendly. Also, they always have the food or Donuts I want. I could go to two other Dunkin donuts in the area but the staff is not friendly and they run out of food all the time.

I don’t understand how this store has anything less than 5 stars. Every time I have been, I have had an amazing experience. Jay is a bright light and has the BEST customer service. I drive out of my way to come to this location. Food and coffee is always fresh, and the customer service is on point.
I’ve come every week since my baby was born (He hates car rides) hoping it would get better. It hasn’t. The manager is great but the staff is terrible. I’ve tried reaching out to corporate about it. I went inside once to order and my dozen donuts only had ten. I had to argue with the woman behind the counter to get the other 2. Then they gave the rest of our order to another customer infront of us. We had to wait 15 minutes for the other half of our order since we were ignored. The drive through takes forever.
