The guy who attends in the mornings or the one who prepares they don't give the bread that one asks for, this has happened to me 4 times. Maybe they don't like customers arriving in the mornings. The manager should demand that of what is asked of him
not sure what other reviews are about , they make perfect drinks no matter what you get, staff is nice and friendly, and unlike other Dunkin’s they have a decent amount of selections of donuts and other menu iteams :)
