Hit or miss for me with customer service. Either excellent or really lacking. Received expired pre-pack of ice cream the other day and had horrible customer service from a shift manager when I called. When I went in person though it was clear that the lack of good service skills was not intentional, just lack of common sense IMO on what good service looks like (which should not be so in a shift manager). 6 of us wanted some ice cream and since they're open 24 hrs, we ended up here. Slim Pickens on the ice cream flavors, but was good. They were out of waffle bowls & only had 1 sugar cone left when we were all placing our orders. Loss of money for them. Only had 1 person working & drive thru was busy. We walked in & Sat outside... no indoor seating here.
This is my second time ordering a matcha drink from here, both times my cup is filled with ice with barely any drink.
