I come to this Dunkin occasionally there’s a very old lady working the window. I am always very nice to the workers because I have worked this exact job. she is the only one that is rude every single time. I’m not sure if management is just unaware of how rude she actually is to customers. Or if they just give her a free pass because she’s old. But I’ve never had a good interaction with her. I’ve even seen her go as far as yelling and mocking a DoorDasher who misunderstood her due to a language barrier.
Poor customer service, rude manager, did not offer receipt. Sub par Dunkin’
Awesome place with extremely quick service that's perfect if you drive for a living!
