Hi this Dunkin is in renovations I hope they renovated the employee and get good customer service and be nice and respectful don't argue with the customer if you don't no how to treat customer asks your manager.
So I stopped in for a medium hot chocolate very simple 5 hours later I'm at work and I want my hot chocolate guess what ?...They gave me a medium coffee what kind of nonsense is that people are not responsible for what they're doing anymore! Rush rush rush rush to the next order and can't get the first one right ...Stop The Common Tom Foolery! I can't believe they can't get a simple hot chocolate order correct! What will they do when someone orders more than two items.. I'm disgusted!!
This Dunkin is good and customer service is great keep up the good work 👍 enjoy.
