I don’t usually complain, but it’s kind of ridiculous. Most of the time they get my order right, I order the same thing everyday before work. But more and more often they mess up my sandwich. I would rather wait for a sandwich that’s correct than be given two pieces of bread that don’t even fit each other
Had the worst experience at this location. They continually are out of many products. They were abrupt and unapologetic. We have had to go to the west street location to receive good service and get menu items we want on many occasions. I am only giving 1 star because it is a requirement to post.
This location needs to get their crap together...first off when you order a chocolate glazed donut that doesn't mean a chocolate cake donut...10:15 and they have no chocolate or maple donuts or long John's. It's a donuts shop for crying out loud, stock your cases. Management needs to get this addressed!
