I’ve been a regular at this Dunkin’ Donuts location for quite some time. My husband stops by almost every day, and I go multiple times a week. Unfortunately, after today’s experience, my family and I will no longer be returning. I went in to pick up an order for two coffees and three blueberry glazed munchkins for my toddler. I TOLD THEM TO ADD COOKIE BUTTER COLD FOAM CAUSE ONLINE THEY DONT GIVE U THE OPTION AND YET THEY PROVIDED REGULAR COLD FOAM. HORRIBLE!
Great coffee, lady's at the drive up are always friendly and nice!!
They don't care about customers. Looks like they work for themselves only. They close a little before 7:50 PM, while they say they work till 8:00PM, I had to knock and a guy says, that they anyway don't have anything, because to be out from work at 8:00 he should start taking things away earlier at 7:45 or something. I personally don't understand why he should be out of work at 8:00? They say on the door and on Internet, that they provide service till 8:00, than have 10-15 minutes maybe more paid time to pack, put everything... read more
