Today i ordered a Multi grain bagel from Dunkin’ donut a lady named Angi prepared it so hard that it would break my tooth . Very irresponsible head strong doesn’t listen to what the customer says .
So, I just ordered from Dunkin on Uber eats. I ordered 2 "Wake-Up wrap, maple sugar bacon" They gave me sausage in both maple wraps but gave me bacon in the other 2 sandwichs I had. If you don't have an item, dont put a substitute that somebody didn't even ask for, or don't put it in at all. Y'all could have given me the plain "wake-up wrap egg and cheese" as a substitute but for some reason subbed something y'all don't even know for sure the person would like. Lazy.
Easily the worst Dunkin I've ever been too. Way, way, way worse than the one just a bit further up McHenry. Staff was rude, acted like they didn't know what was in my order, were incapable of finding my order by my name OR their app order #. I thought the whole point of ordering ahead on the app was to save time and make everything easier? I swear every time I wind up talking to MORE people and waiting longer than if I just walked in an ordered. When I finally got home with everything and opened it up it was bad.
