The drive thru experience was quick and the staff was really kind!
Extremely disappointing experience Every single time I place a mobile order at this Dunkin’, something is wrong. Orders are frequently made incorrectly, paid-for extra ingredients are left out, and sometimes the order isn’t even started until I get to the drive-thru window. I’ve had to sit there for an additional five or more minutes waiting for an order that I already placed ahead of time. The coffee is another major issue. The tea is very watered down. I get dunkin green tea at other locations and this green tea is ridiculously weak and light in color. It should be a darker color.
Guy at the window asked me three times what I ordered. I ordered in the app, and there is no one else in line. Get it together, and try and have SOME personality. Some real rude people working here. Won't come back.
