It's a rarity that I go to this dunkin anymore. 9/10 times I go, and my order is wrong. Whether it be from it tasting like dish water, or TOO sweet (it sucks actually), or given the wrong flavor entirely. Just today I asked for 2 iced coffees w/ CARAMEL! Now I had faith in them so I didn't check until I got home (my fault I had too much faith in them to make the correct drink) to see that I got 2 coffees with French Vanilla swirl flavoring...now I didn't stutter when I said caramel and neither did the woman on the other end ... read more
Drove to Middletown, MD DD and ordered 2 medium C A R A M E L iced coffees and somehow that translates to Vanilla Swirl. Ya'll need to do better. Don't whine about minimum wage if you are not willing to even do the minimum amount of work correctly.
Stopped by for the first time before 11am. Ordered at the drive through and all my food plus my drink was ready by time I got to the window. No wait! Coffee was perfect and food was out. Workers seemed pleasant! Thank you!
Nice friendly staff at the drive through. We'll most of the times they greet you with a smile! Just check your bags b4 you get all the way home!
I stop by my neighborhood Dunkin’ every morning, and the staff here never fails to make my day a little brighter. They’re always friendly, efficient, and take the time to get my order just right.
