The food is constantly burnt. Getting decaf is risky because it is either burnt to the point of being inedible or, they make it full caffeine. They often get my order wrong, so often that I always check every item. I actively loath this Dunkin. I'd stop going if I didn't live so close to it and my wife didn't still like it.
I would have given 5 stars, but they seem to always be out of bottles of white milk.
Excellent service and great drinks consistently! Their prices are also the lowest in the area. I paid almost triple the price for an iced tea at another local Dunkin' owned by different franchisees. The staff is friendly and very efficient. Best dunkin in the area by far!
