This location is a joke. How it can take longer than 10 minutes to make a bagel, is beyond me. I’m so thankful I waited that long for a coffee that’s not made correctly.

Everytime I go service is terribly slow with only one worker at a time. It takes an average of 20 minutes for a coffee and a wake up wrap with only 2 people in line. Somehow the wake up wrap is still frozen in the middle. They also don’t listen or pay attention to what was ordered.

I picked up an order at 7:08 AM after this location opened at 7:00 AM. The place was disgusting. Trash all over the floor in both the front and behind the counter. Trash cans were overflowing and there were visible spots and spills on the countertops. Absolutely no excuse when you haven't even been open for 10 minutes.

Hate to do it, but Saginaw’s location is SO MUCH BETTER. Will never blame the employees here, but there is typically just one employee staffed which makes online ordering slow (even when ordering online 15-20 min in advance). This morning I made an online order here before my 10am shift. When I got to the location, the doors were locked and no one was in the building, but could see my order “in progress” on their screen.

Store was closed still at 730am lights off, door locked with an employee just staring at me. His name was Austin. When I called to address the issue the employee told me that he was there I just didn't come into the business. What Sense does that even make? Clearly the employee was late opening the business and just didn't want to get into trouble.
