ordered on grub hub. received my large latte that contained more air than a bag of chips. i know steaming milk causes foam. i know the liquid is not going to be up to the rim. although, 5 oz of liquid?? in a LARGE?? this isn’t the first time they’ve skimped, it sure is the worst though. i will not be going back. if i wanted to pay for air, id go on a cross country vacation, not East Lansing.
I want to take a moment to recognize [ “K“an amazing employee”] at this Dunkin. Their customer service was outstanding—she was friendly, quick, and made sure my order was perfect. Even during a busy rush, she kept a smile on their face and made the experience enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across such dedicated and kind employees. Thank you for starting my day off right!
Website says this place closed at 8, all of the lights were on, the door was unlocked. I walk in at 7:45 to buy one donut as I see there are many still in the display case, and the worker tells me they are closed. Lock your door and change the website or don’t lie to your customers.
Dry tasteless donuts. They were out of what I came for. Cashier was very polite
