Store was closed still at 730am lights off, door locked with an employee just staring at me. His name was Austin. When I called to address the issue the employee told me that he was there I just didn't come into the business. What Sense does that even make? Clearly the employee was late opening the business and just didn't want to get into trouble.
Unapologetically missing items. Slow. Unprofessional. At this dunkin donuts, all mobile orders will be missing donuts. You will be forced to stand in a long slow line to get your missing food. Don't worry, they will NOT be apologizing, and will do the exact same thing next time.
