I visited the Dunkin’ at 3801 Tampa Rd, Oldsmar, FL 34677 today (July 9th) and had a very disappointing experience. The employee who was serving me handled my donuts with visibly dirty hands, without using gloves or any utensils. This was extremely unhygienic and unprofessional. I decided to cancel my order and leave. I hope this location improves its hygiene standards and staff training.
Very bad customer service. 2 workers with bad attitude for a job like this.
Dunkin is in Walmart, no drive thru
Gross attitude from female worker who was working June 3rd at 7:00 PM. Stated that my brother who is a kid couldn't touch the counter because she had "cleaned it" counter was gross had smears and crumbs. Do better.
Apparently they're spending their entire shift in the bathroom
