I’ve been coming to this dunkin for years now and i’ve never had an issue with their job. But ever since they hired this old lady she just cannot get my order right. EVERY single time i go in there somehow my simple order is wrong. i’ve brought the issue up before and they’ve done nothing. i wonder how many other people’s orders she’s messed up.

I had an altercation with the manager almost a year ago. Although the owner understood why I was upset, he chose to go down a rabbit hole of excuses instead of apologizing. I have not gone back until today because my granddaughter wanted DD. The pleasant surprise was the manager was still there and she apologized without being prompted which is something I have never received from the owner. She proved to be a better person than her boss. Be mindful of where you spend your money.
Ladies are always kind.
