Horrible service! I don’t care how good the coffee is, if I can’t get a smile and a good attitude then I don’t want to go there. SAD!
Horrible experience. Had a simple order. It took the whole crew just to get my order correct 0One of the crew members was very rude!! Didn't get her name, she might want to go into a field because her customer service and attitude suck. I suggest maybe a janitor or custodian.
I just paid six dollars for a tall glass of milk 😭😭😭 I tried to call the store to see if I could come back by sometime this week and get my order fixed, but the voicemail is full. I’m not the difficult care type or want to complain, but this is not a latte. This is ridiculous. I wasn’t able to go back through. I’m on a time schedule and I work hard for my money. This is the second time this has happened to me just in the past two weeks.
