I made the mistake of stopping here instead of my regular Dunkin’s on the way home. I’m watching them as they made my drink. They made it wrong. I told them what was wrong. They forgot to add one of the syrups. They didn’t mix it together after they added it. Worker just said thank you very loudly with a snarky tone and push the drink towards me and rolled her eyes. Service has gone downhill since they added the Kiosk inside. I want to interact with people thats why I go inside not to tap on a screen and no interaction. If I dont want interaction I'd have used the drive-thru.
