Met a friend at Dunkin this am. Love the bagels and cold brew here. Such friendly workers!

The service is terrible here. The people taking the orders are incredibly rude and act like you are a big inconvenience.
I loved the Dunkin egg bites. They were delicious. I went to order some this morning and she said you mean the omelette bites and I just said yes well they have changed those from egg bites to omelette bites. I thought they would be the same. they are absolutely disgusting. I took one bite and wanted to spit it out waste of money that I do not have!!!!!!!!
I give them 5 stars because when my order was messed up they fixed it, apologized over and over again. No one is perfect, but least they managed to make it right with no attitude.
