Really rude elderly man working at the counter. Just go to a different location
Very cheap location with rude staff. Owner is just as bad so don’t expect it to change. Not willing to adjust amount of milk in coffee or give some on the side when all other locations have never had a problem with either. Avoid this location, there are plenty other Dunkin’s in the area who will actually get your order right.
I am very angry about what happened at this Dunkin’ around 4 PM. My family member went there for the first time just to order coffee and use Dunkin rewards, but the older employee was very rude and disrespectful. He accused them of using something fake, used bad language, refused to take the order, and told them to leave. When asked for his name, he refused and said get out. This is completely unacceptable and felt very disrespectful. Manager can check the cameras around 4 PM and see what really happened. Please take action.
The older man working in the afternoons can barely even walk and comes off extremely rude. Honestly, it’s shocking that he’s working like this — he should probably be at home resting and taking his medication instead.
