Ordered seseme bagel with cream cheese. Got a really thin spread on the tosted bagel. On asking the person, he said showed a "take away" cream cheese box and said the same quantity is used as spread which I doubt.. They normally use a cream cheese tub in NJ and spread it even in the bagel. I think this store is cutting corners. Had to order extra 2 cream cheese which he charged $3 which should be offered free of charge. Coffee was was well.
I’ve always gone here and the service is amazing, i called to ask a dumb question lol and RUBYYYY!!!! she’s the mvp she was super patient and even asked her manager to leave no room do doubt. SHOUT OUT TO YOU RUBY, i’ll be back for my refresher queen
Definitely found lint and a piece of hair in my food on 2 different occasions. Additionally, I watch the staff as they are prepping items. They touch the entire lid where you drink from, touch multiple surfaces with bare hands and they go right back to prepping food. Touching screens, scratching their hair then picking up donuts or picking up cups by the lid. BARE HANDS! Donuts, they picked up with a small napkin in one hand and receipt in the other. It's so unsanitary. I walked out.
