Used to love this place but damn now everyday my drink is different I constantly have to send it back and then they always asking for tips. Here’s a tip make my drink right.
The food here is always great and hot and drinks are always correct! Had a severe complaint about an employee and the owner and manager of the store took their time to listen to what was going on and they took the complaint seriously and jumped into immediate action. This gave me a massive amount of respect for the management in this location.
They always do a great job and my orders are correct. Everyone is so friendly also! I’ll admit I stopped going to the other menu locations as much.
Ice caramel latte, with cream, liquid sugar (1 pump is better than 3 pumps in my opinion. Depends on how sweet you want it) and cold foam. This is my favorite drink!!
