Freakin ask before I ordered if they have grape jelly then when they give me my order they say they have no jelly whatsoever in the store. REALLY!?!? How do you make your jelly donuts then. -__-
Stopped here before dropping a family member at Southwoods Surgical for an appointment. The Dunkin Express at the Southwoods Cafe was better.
Slow service... better off going to western reserve drive thru.
Worst Dunkin in the area. The iced coffee and tea expired at 10am and they were still serving it today. Slow unfriendly service. I'd go to the old one down market, BUT they stupidly closed it.
This is a really inconsistent and bad Dunkins.. Nothing ever tastes the way it should. You are better off going to down market to the old one. It's way better
Chai Tea Latte is the best :)
