There’s never anyone available to provide proper service — the staff is always busy with the drive-thru window. The food arrives cold, and the staff is incredibly rude. If you ask for water, they’ll snap at you to pay for it, even after you've already spent a lot of money there. I ordered a latte and was given a regular coffee; it’s clear they don’t even bother to read the order. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. On top of that, the bathroom was filthy.
Now they have a self order kiosk. I doubt that will make the line move faster.
This dunks has been my go-to location since I moved here. However, today i’m extremely disappointed. Usually they get things right but in the past few months it’s been terrible. My latte was just a cup of milk. and i ordered something with no bacon… this was my bag. I work in food service so I totally understand, but this is unacceptable.
