This address was one of the three addresses which are good to redeem mailed in coupon. Coupons are good thru 3/31. So we drove here 10-15 minutes to hear that their system doesn’t work and they can’t proceed with the coupons. They said may be tomorrow. I don’t want to come here tomorrow, and I am not going to this location ever. Very unprofessional and absolutely not customer oriented.
I wanted a simple coffee with a lot of milk. The coffee didn't have enough milk in it.
