The one with the heart tattoo on her cheek makes HORRIBLE coffee, why are you working at a coffee shop when you don't know how to make a perfect Frappe? Horrible service, no apology, and horrible drink. I got a refund for a second coffee thinking they just had a little slip up, not at all. First one was way too bitter, second one didn't taste sweet at all. Had to get my money back, thanks for wasting my damn time!!! 😒
They are very unclear about the items in menu, and messed up most of the coffees and breakfast items we ordered
