I would like to send a review to thank the precious girl that worked last night around 540pm. I had an order that I sent by app. When I pulled up the sweet girl asked is that you Mrs Tiffany then when I drove up she had my frozen coffee ready fixed top notch and because the munchkins I sent in they didnt have she compensated with another kind. She was so friendly and even wrote on my bag Wishing me to Have a great day. I hope she is able to work awhile. Great customer service.
First and foremost, how is this location still running? The reviews are awful, which explains my experience. I came through the drive-thru today on 2/4/26. A young lady with eyes that were scattered was very rude. I ordered the $5 meal deal and forgot it was default for bacon. I would know this because I work at Dunkin'. So, at the window, I was very apologetic and told her I meant to say sausage instead of bacon. She looked at me and lied to my face, saying they don't do sausage. Whoever was working on 1/24 at 5:14 PM was incredibly rude. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. Do better, Dunkin.
Don't go to the store an hour before the closing time on Google. They close a full hour early and refuse to serve after.
