Probably the absolute worst experience I’ve EVER had at a dunkin. 1:33pm we pulled into the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of us 1:45 was when finally had a chance to even order our food we sat at the window for 5 minutes before someone even came to get our payment the gentleman then asked us to pull forward to the drive thru sign and then he’d be right out to hand it to us, which then he left the store. We watched 5 cars then leave before my fiance had to go in and get our food himself COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING... read more
Well the one on Washington St I guess is only good for drive thru cos thats the only time a order is done correct.
For a very busy dunkin the weekday crew work so well together and very efficient, very pleasant everytime I come in.
