This was a great dunkin' donuts but I called in my order an hour ahead and it still wasn't ready. But like everywhere else these days, they are understaffed and that is so obvious.
I love this dunkins for many reasons 1) my order is always made to perfection, wraps never burnt or crunchy and coffee always made correctly and taste fresh 2) customer service always 10 out of 10, they always greet folks with smiles and great enegry/ vibes 3)They help me start my day off on a lovely note. The morning crew is top notch especially during the crazy rush. I hope I'm not jinxing myself but by far this is the best dunkins experience I've had in Brockton.
