Very disappointed in this location within the last year. Went totally downhill to the point I drive to the Superior one. Everytime I've come here within the last year, there's been something wrong. Either my drinks are made terribly, the workers got attitude, or I'm missing an item. I'm not sure what happened, what changed in management, but I've been very upset with this spot. It didn't use to be like this.
This Dunkin is one of the best I have been to! The staff is so friendly, especially Riley and Sara. It is a wonderfully positive way to start my morning.
This has been my regular Dunkin for a while, however I will NOT be returning!! I came in a few days ago and witnessed what I believe is the manager (Alison) cussing out an employee. When I returned today she was rude to me, other customers, and the staff repeatedly. So unprofessional and not a healthy work environment! I’ve never had an issue with the staff before, always been treated well by others. But this manager is definitely not representative of Dunkin values, she should face consequences
