Staff were really nice and the store had a comforting environment to relax in and drink coffee.
I want to shout out Kat for being amazing. A couple weeks ago I had ordered a drink (wanted it hot), got confused by a question and ended up with a cold drink. She offered to make it hot. (Though I was the one thrown off.) Not only did she make my day better by offering such great customer service, I was able to give the hot drink to a homeless woman. Decent location. I went through the drive-thru and ordered my favorite drink. Iced dunkalatte with caramel. Staff was really friendly. I love Dunkin
staff not making drinks correctly. finally giving up on this location as i haven’t had my drink made right the past hand full of visits.
