The amount of ice they put in drinks is ridiculous.
Second visit to this store in a week, second time leaving with nothing! First visit, no way to make a frozen coffee, some machine is not working. Second visit, the card reader at the drive-through doesn't work, have to go inside. Well, once inside, we are informed that there is no caramel syrup to make the frozen caramel coffee. Strike two!
Ordered at the drive threw, get ready to pay with a CC and she tells me that card readers are down, they are only taking cash. You couldn't tell me this while I was ordering???
Waited for service, standing at the cash register.
