Normally I like going to this spot before I head to work. It’s close. It’s on my way. It’s just convenient. However after today I think I’m done with this spot. I get it each spot has its pros and cons nobody is straight perfect but at least some places try. Not this one. I decided to order on uber because I was running late and didn’t have enough time. No one speaks to you when you go in and say hi. Not friendly. No good morning, just rude. Ordered a cold foam coffee and did an online order. Coffee didn’t have the proper cold foam cover and the smallest amount of cold foam on top so basically it’s just a black coffee. Need to train these people better .
The other customers and I had to sort through the orders to figure out who's was who's. The "staff" should all be fired because clearly it's too much work for them to handle.
The waitresses at this Dunkin are really racist. Today they treated me disrespectfully. My friend and I went to lunch. She ended up taking our order and turned around to get someone else without saying anything to us. She left us there waiting for her. When we explained to another waitress why we hadn't received our order, she replied that she wasn't the one serving us and the previous one said she didn't care about our order.
