Can’t get a simple order right. I ordered 3 simple menu items and was only given 1 of them.
There was a hair in my coffee. I went back through to tell them so and was very nice and just asked if they could please remake it. I showed them the hair as you could clearly see it through the side of the cup. They told me there was not a hair in it when they handed it to me. Yes ma’am there absolutely was. Your good looking, professional and friendly employee Jordan was exceptionally kind to me yesterday June 4th 2026 in the drive thru. He should be training. I actually left Burger King across the street because of the attitude and horrible customer service onset that I left that business and decided to go to DD and I am so happy I did. Customer service makes all the difference!!! Thank you!
Placed a small and simple order for 6 donuts on the kiosk in the store just before 7pm today. A young woman gathered what appeared to be our receipt and set it on the counter. She then walked away. My husband and I waited patiently for several minutes while she meandered around because we assumed she had other orders to attend to first.
