I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received today at your Dunkin’ Donuts store. While poor customer service alone is disappointing, what I witnessed was far more troubling and unacceptable. During my visit, several employees were engaged in inappropriate and racially charged conversation while on duty. makayla (i think that’s how it’s spelt) was very sweet! energy was great!! definitely made me want to come back to this location, she offered us free donuts and the vibe was unmatched!!! she deserved a raise really!
