This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I went in, bought coffee and donuts just to enjoy my break, and when I politely asked to use the restroom, I was told I couldn’t because it had already been cleaned. That makes absolutely no sense—are customers expected not to use the bathroom at all after it’s cleaned? And there was no sign of wet floor or nothing I just don’t get it. Second time visiting this dunks and both times horrendous coffee. Every single coffee is made with extra cream like a milk shake! Can I get coffee with my milk. Hash browns hard, asked to remake my coffee and still came out awful. NEVER AGAIN. COUNT YOUR DAYS DUNKS ON MAIN ST.
Can't even get squat when there god awful app refuses to accept my card
