I ordered a cold drink and clearly said “iced” but they still gave me a hot drink which really irritated me. Overall, I don’t think the service here is good.
Hot coffee is served cold most of the time.
Slow drive through, today the latte machine was broken. Would love to see better management.
Service here has been getting consistently worse. Out of stock, steamer not working, so no latte drinks, long and slow lines in drive through. While waiting for my app order, 2 cars just bailed. I almost forfeited my order.
They were out of the sour cream donuts but the staff was super nice!
