Extremely disappointed with this Dunkin’ location. Twice in one week I placed and paid for mobile orders only to arrive and be told the oven was broken and items could not be made. On 5/5/2026 my order #590 could not be fulfilled, and again on 5/8/2026 order #533 had the same issue. The clerk was rude, offered no solutions or alternatives, and advised I could not get a refund because the orders were placed online.
