I am extremely disappointed with my experience here today. I ordered a macchiato and waited for over 15 minutes, but it never came. To make matters worse, I watched several orders placed after mine get served first. I eventually had to leave without my coffee because the environment was uncomfortable—there were people inside and outside the store asking for money, and I didn't feel safe waiting there. Terrible service and lack of management.
Slow as hell in the morning time... People are trying to grab their coffee and get to work on time...They're moving like turtles... sat at the window 8 minutes and nobody came to the window..
If America runs on Dunkin, come here if you want to crawl. So so slow.
Shut this place down! lol been waiting for 30 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese. Only one worker
