Her name is Yolanda....Very very rude employee....she needs to stay out in lobby and just clean.....she gave me wrong change, got mad when I brought it to her attention....I didn't get a receipt....other customers were not given a receipt....her personality was so rude I had to ask for manager Kaela to make my drink...the manager was so sweet and polite....seems Yolanda has this negative behavior all the time....I've been here a couple of times, she's always in a negative mood....please get her away from behind counter...
