This is THE WORST Dunkin I ever tried to go to! They have no human to take your order, but a stupid kiosk. I had trouble placing am order, and trying to get a human to help was nearly impossible. Then, after I finally completed my order, it wouldn't accept cash. This is BULLSHIT! DON'T HAVE A BUSINESS IF YOU CAN'T USE ACTUALLY PEOPLE!!! I left pissed off, with no food. Going to an actual Dunkin with actual human beings working there!
Employees always seem to be grumpy at this location. Seems to take forever to get order at thru. Long wait times between order at kiosk and pickup.
Not a bad place to get coffee! This place has gotten awful! They are really busy and only have 1 person working! Travel the extra mile or so and go to a different one.
