The food is fine. But when your standing there waiting for your food and the employee is talking bad about you in loud enough for you to hear its pretty rude and uncomfortable.
This is THE WORST Dunkin I ever tried to go to! They have no human to take your order, but a stupid kiosk. I had trouble placing am order, and trying to get a human to help was nearly impossible. Then, after I finally completed my order, it wouldn't accept cash. This is BULLSHIT! DON'T HAVE A BUSINESS IF YOU CAN'T USE ACTUALLY PEOPLE!!! I left pissed off, with no food. Going to an actual Dunkin with actual human beings working there!
Employees always seem to be grumpy at this location. Seems to take forever to get order at thru. Long wait times between order at kiosk and pickup.
