I seldom come to DD but did so this morning and ordered two donuts and a hot chocolate. The young man at the window was gracious and polite, gave me my bag of donuts and asked if I wanted a receipt. I said no and he walked away. I assumed he forgot the drink and when I couldn’t get his attention, I waited until someone came to the window a few minutes later. One of the better Dunkin in the area. They usually have everything. Dunkin should stay open LATER like pre COVID hours
It was ridiculously slow service! And it's location is inconvenient, very cramped drive thru
Open for almost 40 minutes and almost immediately was rudely answered and told they couldn't make any food as they just got in. There were zero customers other than me and two workers .... They could've made one measly sandwich. I used to work at Dunkin it's not too hard to make one sandwich and it doesn't take long. I know they were setting up for the day but two workers and no other customers and you seriously can't make a sandwich ? It was the only place open so Early.
