Review is all about service. Customer service was bad. I used the touch screen to order thinking it’s just 2 donuts and should be out the way. Stood there after paying for about 10 minutes before the manager acknowledged I’d been standing there. If you’re going to ask someone to give up human interaction to allow for other task to be performed instead of waiting on people it’s should also be a priority to serve the order right away. Poorly managed.
Always having issues with this location, either the food/coffee doesn't taste well or missing foods.
Went thru the drive thru. Parking lot was clean. Drive thru was quick. My coffee was delicious
Walked in and went to mobile order pick up area...worker looked at me multiple times, no greeting, had 3 workers go back and forth with no greeting, no acknowledgement... they looked at me but never acknowledged me standing there. Definitely a reflection on management and how customer service is NOT a priority. A simple 'hi, ill be right with you' would of been great. My money is too valuable to give to a company that does not want it.
Had a really rough morning and decided to stop at this Dunkin - Lisa made me a great coffee and was very positive and had a great attitude! Definitely will come back to this location!
