This new management is so much better than the last.. I quit coming here. When I heard new management was taken over I tried it. The new employees are great very kind and my food and drinks are so much better. I come here now just about every day.
Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Donuts always taste and feel as though they are stale and have been sitting out for a day. Food is never heated all the way. Cold brew tastes as if I ate 3 day old used coffee grounds. I stop by this Dunkin’ every Friday for donuts with my son and it has been the same experience each time. Time to find another donut shop. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Asked to have a drink re-made and was refused. Employee was immediately defensive and antagonistic.
