Went inside and no one greeted or acknowledged us
Waited 5 minutes to get our online order. She handed us two of three drinks and walked to the first window to continue a conversation with her friend. No one came back to the window for 5 minutes. There were 8 drinks stacked at the window waiting to go out. There was other staff inside on their phones behind the counter. There were 6+ cars in line when we left. Absolutely terrible!!! I took my family here and they were understaffed; the workers who were there incompetent as the day is long. I ordered 2 Boston Crème donuts and she gave me marshmallow filled instead; the Boston Cream were right there in front of her! The marshmallow crème were dry, stale and hard as a rock! They had no napkins in the eating area and no paper towels in the restroom either.
