The manager was yelling at the employees over open sugar. He needs to tone it down. Yelling at employees in front of customers to very unprofessional there was no need for him to yell at them. The staff is always pleasant smiling and happy.
This location of dunkin has been a delight to shop at, the crew is very nice to work with and are nice to converse with. The place was very clean and neat when I went, very busy but the food is always fresh especially the coffee. They are helpful with the rewards on the dunkin app and are willing to help you. I would say this is one of my favorite restaurants!
This location is horrible. They need a whole new staff. Everyone is miserable and hates their job. If you’re not happy why work there? The one particular drive through lady just stares at you and doesn’t say anything Awataef her name is
