Placed my order of a vanilla latte and 10 munchkins at 4:58.. no cars in the drive thru and only one guy waiting at the counter for for 10+ minutes to order a latte waiting for a employee to appear.. received my order at 5:14.. it wouldn’t be an issue if the employees weren’t playing and joking around this entire time in the back because we could hear them clear as day. Someone could’ve cleared the retail display shelf and no one would’ve known.
I went to drive thru today in the morning to order a hot latte and the lady who served me she have problems to understand my accent she start laughing at me
