This bagel is so burnt it’s inedible… I mean come onnnnnnn!!!! I’m trying so hard to just get it down but it’s impossible… shit is not cheap anymore there’s no reason for this. Do better,
I couldn’t catch her name but the girl with the pixie cut and lash extensions was so personable! She made me feel like an old friend! Not only that, but whoever made our drinks did a really good job! Give everyone in that Dunkin a raise!

Not sure how you can ask for tips and still mess up an order. If you had to substitute an item atleast let the customer know for another option rather than giving them something else
